The i-Sing World Singing Competition was established relatively recently in 2017 by i-Sing World. The first inaugural competition was held in Yangon, Myanmar with over 32 countries participating, marking a tremendous success. i-Sing World competition continued to grow and gain recognition on the global stage.
In 2018, i-Sing World competition moved to Paris, France, where more than 40 countries joined in, further elevating the event's international presence. The i-Sing World 2019 edition took place in Stockholm, Sweden, with participation from 30 countries. Unfortunately, the competition was halted in 2020 due to the pandemic, halting its momentum temporarily.
However, in 2023, the i-Sing World Singing Competition made a triumphant return, this time hosted in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This edition featured 15 countries, signaling the competition's revival.
Looking ahead, the 2025 i-Sing World Singing Competition will be hosted in Canada, taking place from August 12th to 15th. The event is expected to feature 25 participating countries and will be broadcast on Canada's National TV, promising another exciting chapter for the competition on the world stage.
This year, in 2025, AVS Integrated Pte Ltd has taken a significant step forward by purchasing the license to become the country partner in Singapore. This partnership aims to provide talented singers and performers from Singapore with the opportunity to gain exposure and valuable experience on a global stage. By participating in this prestigious international competition, Singapore will have the chance to showcase our unique talents and performances, connecting with other aspiring artists from around the world.
This collaboration brings together countries from all corners of the globe especially Malaysia, fostering a positive and enriching experience for all participants. It will not only highlight the diverse musical talents across nations but also encourage the sharing of experiences and cultural exchange, creating a vibrant global singing community.
We would like to invite government agencies and tourism or corpo organizations can come forward to support and sponsor this non-profitable initiative. With their support, we can ensure that this platform for Singaporean talent grows and thrives, benefiting both the artists and the cultural landscape. The sponsorship would not only help elevate the competition but also highlight Singapore's vibrant music scene on the global stage, potentially attracting international attention and tourism. By joining forces, we can create a lasting impact and provide a meaningful experience for everyone involved.
This initiative also aims to elevate Singapore's homegrown singers to the next level of their talent. By offering them a platform like the i-Sing World Singing Competition, we hope to provide these artists with invaluable opportunities for growth and exposure. It’s an exciting chance for them to refine their skills, expand their horizons, and connect with a global network of artists, mentors, and industry professionals.
